Dublab 25th Anniversary x Studio Koto
Animated illustrations, characters, and icons for dublab’s 25th Anniversary.
Teaming up with Studio KOTO, we were asked to look into the future grooves of dublab, with retro-inspired designs. These illustrations were implemented across various applications, including an animated visualizer, merchandise, and poster designs.

“What would the future of dublab look like?”
From underground to the more well known, dublab channels the DIY ethos of creatives around Los Angeles. Moving forward, sounds will change but the DIY/Fun ethos won’t.
Inspired by LA culture, fashion, music, and style, we paid homage to the black and brown communities that drive it.
